Since some people were wondering that how long this quest would take and what I want to do when I finish it.
First, as of now I am planning to give one third on my share to Hospital for Sick Kids and Princess Margaret Hospital. for cancer research.
How lonf this would take? Hmmm, I am so optimistic that I could finish it in 30 months.
Therefore is you have something to trade then do not hesitae. Not only you get some share of this condo but you indorectly contributed to one above hospitals.
